Are You a Mentor?

Mentors can teach you a lot about their own respective experiences, maybe things that they know that you don't. Not making your visuals work hard enough is one of the big mistakes people make om with visual design. You've got to have a kind of a rational for why, why are we doing something? And i feel like, i feel like visual designers typically get like a bad rap or like, seem like less than everybody else.
