There's no question that house prices in Australia are very high, and they are prohibiting a lot of young people from getting into the market. The key variable here is what is a house price? And in my view, the meaningful number here is not the price on the sticker. Over the last 15 years, it has been relatively stable. So for that reason, I don't expect there is any need for a very significant correction other things being equal.
