Neil Curry: Einstein said time is doomed as an illusion to fade away. I've never really understood what that meant, but essentially you're saying it's inconsistent we don't understand it. If you ask on any sort of honest theoretical physicist, how do you justify using this formula? The first thing they will tell you is that you've got to get rid of this imaginary number by rotating time to imaginary values. That's a very wicked hockens, a wicked rotation, very powerful trick.
