The Effects of Sheltering Place Orders Overnight
For some of these outcomes the effect should not be immediate. For mobility, there's an effect right away, and it goes away after about ten days. It looks like shelter and place orders cause people to reduce their mobility by something like two %. And then by ten days, they're back to doing whatever they would have been doing in the absence of shelter or place orders.
