The Power of Clarity

One of the ways that we do damage to our souls is when we are aimless. If you're not sure or certain on which direction you want to go, you aren't going to use external forces in a positive way. This was especially true with one of my clients who would validate himself based on how busy he was and wear it as a badge of honor. And breaking that cycle has been a huge win for me, and i don't know if i would have had the ability to do that without the coaching.
