What's the Difference Between a Protagonus and an Antagonist?

The key to an excellent story, a well written screen play, your protagonist is sure there's an inciting incident that comes their way. The really good log line hav folts, ready to go, tor conflict, but also the problem. And if you can unpack a really strong log line, they've got both of them working in tandom.
