Julian Manning Leaks and Wikileaks

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange was inspired by the cypherpunks to start a wiki in 2006. The first leak, notably, was Fagura, trafficking and dumping e-waste off the coasts of Africa. Manning leaks covered 250,000 Cyponet cables,. 400,000 Iraq war files, and 90,000 Afghan war logs. Included in that were the rules of engagement at Guantanamo Bay.
