Right now in Canada, civilians can theoretically own just about any kind of gun under certain circumstances. If you're wondering who could own a heavy machine gun and why would they do it, movie armors is the category that that would apply to. When was the last time that a film armor committed a crime in Canada basically never that I know of? You don't think that there's any weapon that should be banned completely.
