Social Justice Communities in the Workplace
In my last workplace I started seeing a lot of those sorts of communities start popping up to do just that right. And so I think that those are all really great opportunities to start changing the overall organization in general. Well, I think that that's interesting because beyond just working communities have practice within organizations you start seeing even some of these social justice communities starts popping up around things like LGBT communities or Asian American communities.
