Emily Jackson is a professor of law at LSE, with a specific focus on reproductive issues. Her research into the length of time women's eggs can be stored has led to a change in UK legislation. Presently frozen sperm, eggs and embryos must be destroyed after 10 years. Professor Jackson has successfully argued that the 10 year time limit should be increased.
