The Importance of Institutionally Based Organizing
I think it's really important for organizers to understand the importance of institutionally based organizing. There has to be institutional strategies and vehicle in order to bring about change that can be sustained over time. Part of the challenge of this work, for me is. Understand we got to have vehicle. We have to have instruments. And so out of that then comes issues and protests and issues,. But the organizers work is the architect... You know, the building of the base building of the vehicle.
