What's Happening With CSAM?
The law already is very, very clear, which is that if you are running a platform and you find that content on your platform, you need to report it. There's no transparency about how many of those reports to Nick meck then lead to law enforcement efforts and actually taking down these things. So people say, well, there's still CSAM online. That is your fault. And what happens when you take back section 230 is that platforms just say I don't want to know there is too much risk.
