The worst I've ever had it was 22 people on a call. There is not necessarily a number cut off that I have in my mind. Having a super tight, clear understanding of the problem is incredibly important. The way I get out of a herding cats moment or what does everybody think the problem is? That way it allows me to ask very pointed questions. And in that way, you can help people give very clear answers and keep the conversation on track so that you're not losing control of the audience.
