The Trauma of Siblings

Juliet's work addresses the trauma that siblings mean, and make, as a universal trauma in all of us. When we're displaced and replaced by somebody who has been what we wear, like I was a baby, now there's another person, who am I? A sort of traumatic annihilation of the person makes a sort of universal trauma or potential trauma for the high-est two. Children feel rather left out of this trauma, but no one will. They have more of a problem because they think they've sort of killed them off or something like that, so it's worse. Yes, something I said. I'm happy you can join the human race again and have a trauma.
