The one angle where i get most excited about plant baste meats is minimizing the potential for antibotic resistance. The way we raise animals, especially in the us, its just dense populations, very dependent on prophilactic anti biotics. If we can really get away from that, and people start to eat more plant bastes instead, i think that could minimizethe potential of antibatic resistance in the future. And then you have these other addectives like cocoanut oil or palm oil and salt, and all f ta sudden it kind of becomes not as convincing to say, ya, go for the plant baste meat.
