In July of 2017, a CIA officer flew to Havana and was put up at a hotel just a few hundred yards from the Capri hotel where another visiting official experienced symptoms. This woman also reported experiencing similar issues in her hotel room. She brought a colleague over to see if they heard it or felt it too and they didn't. A few days later, back at CIA HQ in DC, she started experiencing such bad trouble with her eyesight and balance that she couldn't drive. By September of 2017, the people who decide these kinds of things decided to GTF out of Cuba. Officially, 21 Americans in Havana had been targeted and that was 21 too many Americans for anyone's liking
