We're Out of Joint, Ladies and Gentlemen.

The institutions in our times are out of joint. It is our challenge in the years that lie ahead, to restore them. Returning to those first principles of a truly free society,. it is time, ladies and gentlemen, to clear up the beach. Sertanly extracted, i'm going to take a question here, gentlemen.
