Female Leaders - Do You Lack Resilience?
Being overlooked for a promotion or an opportunity can be the thing that just confirms those insecurities and suspicions. So we've got to make sure we are developing our resilience as female leaders. Strong women demonstrate resilience in the face of discouragement or defeat. They realize that a disappointment only identifies opportunities to earn, grow and be better prepared for the next opportunity. While the unexpected may circumvent their plans from time to time, they stay patient yet persistent in the pursuit of their drea as and goals.
