The Imperial Airways Crash Into the English Channel
In 19 29, an imperial airway's flight crashed into the english channel after an engine failure. The aircraft used was a handly page w ten, which was a double twin propeller biplane that could hold 12 passengers. This flight also started at the croyden airport, bound for zurich, switzerland. There were two crew members and 11 passengers on this flight. But through a strange coincidence, there was a belgian trawler that was only 50 yards away from where they cradled yeitwas a bel Belgian trawler called gabby.
