The weeks for child care was increased by every election period, or something like that. There's some rather small differences in how this is organized in norway, sweden and iceland but they all at least encourage fathers to stay at home with a child. denmark do not have a father's quota in their parental leave. So can you see the difference in outcome between the countries? Then this is, again, complex. But denmarkis clearly the worst off when it comes to to women's careers.
