I'm One With Everything. It's Already One With Them

Your actual human body is a microcosm of reality. Your actual body is reality and as reality you are in all places at all times instantaneously. So there's no space between you and something else. And the only way really to see that is to stop playing the games of otherness within. You're already totally one with anything you see or hear or feel or touch. There's nothing separate from it. It is you. Not the ego. The ego is an expression of the one that's sure but it's not actually the thing.
