I'm looking for things like location. I look at some of the structures to see how it was built. Is it something that, even if i put some money into jugup? Is it going to have a good flow? I drive my husband crazy. I focus on the flow of houses a lot. I like houses to feel balanced. There will be a cross over point where i've taken in more income versus the expenses. But i think it's a risk worth taking"
