Culture is the pattern of behaviour that you see on the surface. Structure is what may be driving that culture. Cultureis very hard to change. But structure is actually very easy to change. That's why it's so important notve example. If you reward rank, you are creating a political culture. And if you reward people based on their nurturing of their crazy ideas, you create an innovative culture. It sounds like these ar two different cultures, and they are two ifferent cultures. But what makes it so different is the underlying structure. Putting people in a room and playing videos and singing cumbaa and od hands, its not very effective. I don't no you've
