When i was 22, i could do that for more than dosen right? So see, even though you can retain a lot of your strength with age, if you, if you keep training and and if you start even doing resistance training. Even an 80 year old, their muscles can still respond, but they have aged joints and things supporting them. But anyway, anyway, found that i try to minimize the loss with age. I still have pretty good strength. But, no, it's not what what it used to be. But over all, it's been good. My strength is still good. Kind of surprise me. I wasn't expecting to be able to be this strong
