How to Deal With Bullies
I've had a lot of listeners and readers asking about how to deal with co-workers who are bullies. Part of the reason why we can find it's particularly difficult is that it can be quite triggering. As always, I highly recommend that unscent letters are used before you broach one of these conversations. If you spend some time doing unscent letters, which help you to write out your feelings, then you can speak to someone with more clarity.
