Is There a Level of Autonomy?

I feel like one bad management style is like lack of responsibility from management disguised as high autonomy. It feels like a game of like hot potato, everyone's just like throwing responsibility at each other. Toff is telling the engineers like, yeah, what are you guys want to work on? And she was like, no, but like what should we work on? That is a really good point. I think some autonomy is nice, but it's also pretty nice to just get handed projects where it's like, hey, I need you to do this.
