The Market Isn't Quite Sure What to Do Here

The market isn't quite sure what to do here I think it's in decision and because we broke down hard at the end of January. It's trying to figure out if the bounce off of those lows is the start of a new trend higher that's going to take us back to the highs that we made last year or is this just a bounce in a emerging downtrend.
