Health care workers around the country are ordinarily required to be vaccinated for diseases such as hepotitus, be influenza and measles, mumps and rubella. The agency has not previously adopted vaccine mandates as a condition of participation. So in other words, the reason why m s hadn't done this before is workers were already under an array of vaccine mandates. And i you can begin to see how s different in kind from the ocea case. It's it is just a fundamentally different case.
