Jonathan: It's interesting when it comes to trust i think this is also industry specific as well um it's hard to want fact right but it takes a while to to work through the the bug and and the data to make sure it's consistent you're never going to get that right on the first round and it makes the decisions because I've always told the board have said you know your choice is about how we run a transformation program.
