Self-esteem is one of the hardest things to do because it all defaults back to self-esteem. Wayne Dyer was an existential psychologist and he came up with a metaphor basically the wake of the boat. If your thoughts and your emotions and behaviors as they're all interconnected are causing dysfunction, that's problematic. I can't explain how my mind works, but it does.
