The Importance of Having a Ringer in Your Meetings

In the book, I talk about the idea of having a ringer in your meetings with you. The person who already knows the answer to the question that is going to be asked. And it may seem a little bit underhanded, but that sort of thing can actually be really effective when you have other people that are there to back you up and ask good questions. That's an important part of the thought process to bring in people that you do already know something about.
