Engineering Management - What Are Some of the Early Challenges?

As a young kid, I brought the father's radio. That's where I could not fix it. And that was the one of the reasons I got to study. From there, I enjoyed the engineering sector. Then I discovered I would do something that an operation and maintenance of oil and gas facilities. But that was not satisfied. So I did my master degree in engineering management. Don't ask me, do I expect it to land and run a nuclear project? No, I was not.
