The Importance of Saint Dominic's Tomb

I was so proud to be a member of the order that I founded when I arrived there. When you walk behind the ark, the tomb is called the ark. You can be there face to face as it were with our founder which is really an incredible thing. It's like all of those stories were portrayed before me in living Technicolor. He sold his books during a famine and he used the money to feed those with whom he was there in the city. For a Dominican, it's heroic.
