Bonds have started, our yields at lease have started to turn right back up. It almost feels like we're ready to crawl back to three % here. As long as we stay below three % on ten year yield, i kind of feel like, you know, the situations under control. We start seeing a break above three %, especially if we rip substantially above three % then i get concerned that inflation is out of control.
