Mercedes' Mistakes in the W15

Mercedes have fouled up. You know, quite big time. Now you've got to put that into perspective they're still possibly the second, third best team out there but when you look at their performance since 2014 they are expecting to dominate seasons. So that's inside Mercedes that has caused these problems and now that they are talking about almost a B spec car I don't think what will actually get is a B specs car. Will blame be laid somewhere at some stage? There must be conversations going on within the same years about how do they get back on track from where they used to be.
