Pastor Job Descriptions and Church Budgets

In our local church, we do support things other than just financially. We're not giving them any money necessarily, but we hear about their church and we pray for them specifically. In that sense, in the pastoral prayer, I pray as broad as you can imagine. But now are we basically talking about pastor job descriptions and church budgets? Yes.
