The Story of Jimmy Keddie
Jimmy Keddie was shot down over Berlin, parachuted out and taken to Stalag Luft III. He then took part in the great escape - his role was to disperse soil and rocks from the tunnel without notice. His name on his escape papers was Pierre Lapin, Peter Rabbit. Unfortunately, he didn't even know he had a grandson and died in relative poverty in Manchester. I asked my father if he had any photos of him I could see and he told me he was in an Oasis video.
