It's worth always asking ourselves, is around where am I getting in the way? Where am I perhaps holding on to a process too tightly or there's too many approvals in a process. We need to make sure that those you know kind of longstanding beliefs about the organization are fluid and agile enough as we experiment with these new things. So I'm paying very close attention to seeing what might be out of our people and our culture that we didn't think was possible.
