The moments wher we feel happiness, we are almost always still in some way. A friend of mine did this study a few years ago and he found that young people tend to when they say things like "i'm happy because" what comes after is some form of accomplishment. As people age, it tends to shift towards tentment. And so i think those moments of contentment usually come from a place of stillness. How about toxic thinking?
