A toxic person will deliberately withhold affirmation in order to play a mine game with you. This might make you feel very, very uncomfortable. It might trigger abandonment drama. You're learning to become a more rational thinker, versus a highly emotional and reactive thinker. What do i need to do right now? Am i leaving this situation? Amd, i looking to change it
