Do You Use Interview Reports in Your Application?

Interview reports are not seen as the make or break piece of an application. They're used to reinforce other parts of your application. There are plenty of weak applicants who get really stellar interview reports and those stellar interview reports don't really bump them in, right? You know, we're still looking at the whole picture. It doesn't move the needle very much for an applicant.
