The History of Reserpine
reserpine was originally developedi lieve as a potential and a psychotic because of this decreasing of dopamin in the synops. The tetrebenizins is interesting in terms of its efficacy, but tolerability was kind of challenginge. Needed to dose it multiple times a day, and it was a ated with some side effects that were difficult to manage. And so not ideal. Very expensive as an orphan drug.
