The final phase is upper limit problem. How to tell if you're in it, you are savatage ing your progress. So as much as we want to work, can ourselve image and do all of that, we need still expect that our brain's going to freek the fock out when we start doing amazing things. It's not alarming. It's normal. And then when that does, that's another little alarm bell,. Not even an alarm bell. That kind of stuff might come up. I have talked about the addiction to feeling behind recently on the pug cast - which is something that we doto kind of keep ourselves feeling comfortable and feeling safe.
