A leader in your life who modelled vulnerability and taught you? Yes. And i don't he knows, thate, let's tell him, yes. So he will, he will hopefully listen to this one day. A lot of my work is predicated on trying to create and establish new archetypes for leaders,. especially in the workplace. To me, he brought the archetype of a father and caretaker into the space because he really cared about people.
