I'm thinking specifically of Colorado House, when the police were ordered to stand down. And then Cal written house tried to do his part to kind of keep the peace. He was the only he was the one who went to jail for it. If I don't if the police and the legal system are refusing to put this person behind bars, and they're painfully aware that he's a threat doesn't it fall on the citizenry to enforce social norms in those circumstances?
