Is There a Learning Experience in Teaching?
I would go to lectures and I'd be like, well, nothing has happened here. The fault definitely does not lie with the professors. It's just like the entire system does not incentivize or really allow an engaging learning experience. We do not invest anywhere near enough resources into how to support teachers to learn. And we also don't train professors or lecturers in how to teach either.
