Sleep Is Important for Learning

sleep is important because it cleans your brain out, so youare not taking a test with ta poisoned brain. Sleep is when new synoptic tons are formed. After learning during the day, and then you sleep at night, that's when the noral architecture of learning s is taking place. If you don't sleep, you're not forming this ability to form neural architecture. And it makes it more difficult to learn.
