I think that it seems like everybody knows the notion of information. I would just go to any social network analyst and just look at any kind of, there are many notions. But when it comes to a case that is very clear, I would take any that is common to use. You can do data mining and social networks. There are any number of empirical indexes that are out there for looking at how information is being, you know, transferred in a cascade in the social network.
