Erica: I'll always say to any time a leader texts me, hey, I can't be there. Hey, you'll be missed. And if you found out something later, you could talk about it. Like in the moment though, like no one's ever done well and been, feel like they've been corrected and loved well in the moment. Erica: Most of most people don't need correction in the moments.
