Massonius Rufus's Lectures

Musonius was born in Volsimi, Turia between 20 and 30 AD. He gained his fame as a stoic teacher in Rome before Epictetus reached his heyday. Musonius was banished from Rome along with other philosophers by Nero but returned to teach under Galba. And again, mentoring, instructing Epictetus in Stoic philosophy.
